- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called on Monday to become a new patient and I was told 48 hours for a call back. I figure they are busy because I am in the medical field I get it. It is now Friday and I receive no call back so I decide to call and check in. I get the rudest people on the phone. Telling me that I was going to get a call back today and they have to be fair. I was not upset that I didnt receive a call back. It had just been 4 days and I was checking. I told the rude office staff member, I think her name was Cindy, to just forget it. I can find another doctor that will take my cash because I am a self pay. I dont need a new physician with office staff that never call back and are rude!!!June 16, 2017by Jay Dizzl
